Keno Tractors Warranty:

Jinma tractors Standard 1 Year Parts Only Warranty (Jinma KT254 2 Year Parts Only Warranty):

  • 1 year parts only warranty (KT254 2 year parts only warranty), excluding use, abuse and consumable items (i.e.; clutch).
  • It is imperative that high range on Jinma tractors ONLY be used while driving under no load.
  • The tractors should always be worked in Low Range.
  • Warranty is non-transferable.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for warranty parts and mandatory return of defective parts.
  • Any and all labor charges incurred, with Keno Tractors or otherwise, are solely the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customer is responsible for pickup and delivery of the tractor for any and all services.
  • All warranties are null & void if the tractor is used for commercial applications.
  • Customer is responsible for scheduled maintenance on the tractor. Failure to follow maintenance schedule may void warranty.
  • Keno Tractors is not responsible for misuse or abuse of the tractor.
  • Customer is not to make any modifications to the roll over protection system (ROPS). Customer modifications to the ROPS
    voids warranty.

Jinma Tractors Optional Labor Warranty Available at Additional Cost to Customer:

  • Keno Tractors offers an optional 1 year Labor Warranty, available to customers for 10% of the purchase price
    of their entire tractor package.
  • This optional labor warranty is valid for labor performed at Keno Tractors only.
  • Customer is responsible for transportation to and from Keno Tractors for all warranty work.

Mahindra tractors:

  • Refer to Mahindra’s Manufacturer’s Warranty on “MAHINDRA Tractor Delivery and Warranty Registration Form.”
  • All warranties are null & void if the tractor is used for commercial applications.
  • Customer is not to make any modifications to the roll over protection system (ROPS). Customer modifications to the ROPS
    voids warranty.

UTV Warranty:

  • One year Parts and Labor (on manufacturer’s parts defects only)
  • All work performed at Keno Tractors
  • Customer is responsible for transportation of UTV to and from Keno Tractors

Used equipment:

  • Unless otherwise stated, there is no warranty on used equipment

Shipment, Title and Delivery:

All sales of tractors are made F.O.B. Keno Tractor’s facilities in Keno Oregon
notwithstanding any prepayment of freight by Keno Tractors or Buyer. Buyer will be responsible for and reimburse Keno
Tractors for all shipping costs incurred for delivery or return of said tractors. At the time the tractors are delivered to Buyer or
an agent of Buyer, including common carrier, title and risk of loss of the tractor shall pass to Buyer and Keno Tractor is not
responsible for any subsequent delay in transportation, damage, or non-delivery of the tractor. Buyer shall provide whatever
insurance against loss or damage it considers necessary once the tractor leaves Keno Tractor.

This transaction was entered into in Klamath County, Oregon and Oregon law shall apply to this transaction. Any suit or action
instituted to enforce the terms and provisions of this transaction shall be brought exclusively in Klamath County, Oregon. By initialing
below, purchaser consents to exclusive jurisdiction in Klamath County, Oregon. If suit or action is instituted to enforce the terms or
provisions of this transaction or this contract, the prevailing party shall be awarded their reasonable attorney’s fees and costs at trial and
on any appeal taken there from.

Any dispute or claim that arises out of or that relates to this Agreement, or to the interpretation or breach of it, must be resolved by
binding arbitration in accordance with Oregon Uniform Arbitration Act (ORS 36.600-.740). Arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive
avenue for resolution of any complaint, action, or proceeding involving this agreement.

All sales of equipment shall be consummated in Klamath County, Oregon, and in particular, at the Keno Tractor’s retail establishment
located in Keno, Oregon. Any and all arrangements made to have equipment delivered shall be the sole responsibility of customer.

There is no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
